Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Call (215) 288-6118 before you come in. We're a small shop and the bench fills up, so a quick call means we can tell you when to bring the bike and whether the part you need is on the shelf. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–4pm.

Do you work on bikes and scooters bought somewhere else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We service what we sell, and we also work on e-bikes, electric dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds, ATVs and go karts bought elsewhere, including online direct-to-consumer brands. Call with the make and model and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can help with.

How long does a repair take?

It depends entirely on the fault and on parts availability — a brake bleed and a controller replacement are very different jobs. Call (215) 288-6118 with the symptoms and we'll give you a realistic timeframe and a quote before any work starts.

Can you diagnose a battery fault?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Battery and controller diagnostics are the most common electric job we do: no power, intermittent cut-outs, a pack that won't take a charge, or range that has collapsed. We test the pack, charger, BMS behaviour, controller and wiring before recommending anything.

Do you sell parts?

We stock parts and accessories for the vehicles we sell — tyres, tubes, brakes, wheels, electrical parts and body parts — and we can source many parts for other brands. Call with your model and we'll check.

Do you inspect a used e-bike before I buy it?

Yes — pre-purchase inspections are one of the more useful things we do. Bring the bike in and we'll check the pack, brakes, tyres, drivetrain and frame so you know what you're actually buying.
